The 120-minute Individual Eyelash Extensions service is meant to accentuate natural beauty with a set of classic lash extensions. The classic full set is best for clients with a good amount of natural lashes who would like some extra length added on. The classic set will also enhance the shape of the eyes with choice of a natural, doll, dramatic, or cat eye style.

DMK Enzyme Therapy Level 1 is a 90-minute treatment unlike anything else. It truly changes the way skin’s internal functions and structures work, with an enzyme mask applied to the skin and left on for 45 minutes, during which it creates a chemical change. It detoxifies the skin while introducing fresh oxygenated blood, which makes for a true oxygen facial. This treatment is suitable to treat every skin type and condition, improving the skin from within.

Marketing

“We attract new clients mainly through Instagram and referrals and Instagram. ‘Friends inviting friends’ is our main marketing technique,” explains Illarionova. “Our Google business page, with its reviews and photos, also plays a significant role.

As far as promotions, Vogue focuses on appreciation days for clients, as well as specials for different holidays and discounts on gift cards. Another major component of the spa’s strategy is educating clients on the need to take care of themselves and explaining the steps and importance of self-care.

Training

“Almost every day we are learning new trends and techniques. We do a lot of group training and practice on models,” details Illarionova. “Every month we review performance. Our clients’ thorough, honest reviews, calls, and emails help us to see our strengths and areas for improvement. We set performance goals, with the education of our staff as the main priority, motivating them to learn new services and grow as professionals.”

Revenue and Retail 

“We search for the products that are the best in the market and try them on ourselves first to make sure they work and give the right result we are looking for,” says Illarionova.

“We retail Eminence, Osmosis, DMK, Grande Cosmetics, Staleks, and Zoya. We also use YAPA non-toxic nail polishes, a local vendor from Virginia Beach.” Additionally, clients are given sample pouches with products so they can try the products used during services.
